NRXN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRXN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,509 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRXN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN7, TLN2, and EML1. Each is linked with NRXN2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRXN2-to-partner and partner-to-NRXN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NRXN2 versus SEPTIN7 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRXN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRXN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
