Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRXN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,893 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NRXN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are YPEL1, SNRPD3, and PRODH. Each is linked with NRXN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRXN2-to-partner and partner-to-NRXN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NRXN2 versus YPEL1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRXN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRXN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
