Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRXN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,475 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NRXN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHEK1, ENO1, and PARP2. Each is linked with NRXN2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRXN2-to-partner and partner-to-NRXN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHEK1 grouped by NRXN2-low versus NRXN2-high in LUAD.
