NRXN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRXN2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 85 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRXN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2, eIF4E, and ATM. Each is linked with NRXN2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRXN2-to-partner and partner-to-NRXN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-E2 grouped by NRXN2-low versus NRXN2-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRXN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRXN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
