Across TCGA cell cohorts, NRXN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,444 significant associations in total. OESOPHAGUS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRXN2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleic acid catabolic process, Nucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process, and Ribonucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with NRXN2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRXN2-to-partner and partner-to-NRXN2 results are reported.
