Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRXN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,501 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NRXN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD99L2, PPP4R4, and RAPGEF5. Each is linked with NRXN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRXN1-to-partner and partner-to-NRXN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NRXN1 versus CD99L2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRXN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRXN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
