Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRXN1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 81 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NRXN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caveolin-1, FoxM1, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with NRXN1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRXN1-to-partner and partner-to-NRXN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caveolin-1 grouped by NRXN1-low versus NRXN1-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRXN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRXN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
