NRXN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NRXN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 903 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRXN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ORC2, FADS6, and RWDD3. Each is linked with NRXN1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRXN1-to-partner and partner-to-NRXN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ORC2 grouped by NRXN1-low versus NRXN1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRXN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRXN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
