Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRSN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,367 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NRSN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EPX, NPM1P18, and CHORDC1P5. Each is linked with NRSN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRSN2-to-partner and partner-to-NRSN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NRSN2 versus EPX in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.54.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRSN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRSN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
