Across TCGA cell cohorts, NRSN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,535 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRSN2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein deneddylation, Startle response, and Response to oscillatory fluid shear stress. Each is linked with NRSN2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRSN2-to-partner and partner-to-NRSN2 results are reported.
