Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NRP2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NRP2 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher NRP2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NRP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

HNSC, LUAD, and PDAC are the cancer types where NRP2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
