NRP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,689 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LGALS1, LGALS1_S30, and PLS3. Each is linked with NRP2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRP2-to-partner and partner-to-NRP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NRP2 versus LGALS1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
