Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,773 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NRP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FN1, CTHRC1, and TSHZ3. Each is linked with NRP2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRP2-to-partner and partner-to-NRP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NRP2 versus FN1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
