Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 83 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NRP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Kit, eEF2, and INPP4B. Each is linked with NRP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRP2-to-partner and partner-to-NRP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, c-Kit grouped by NRP2-low versus NRP2-high in LUAD.
