NRN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,949 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CACNA2D1, TJP3_S112, and MAP1B_S614. Each is linked with NRN1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRN1-to-partner and partner-to-NRN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NRN1 versus CACNA2D1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
