Across TCGA cell cohorts, NRN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,326 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis, Purine ribonucleoside triphosphate metabolic process, and Positive regulation of mRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with NRN1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRN1-to-partner and partner-to-NRN1 results are reported.
