NRM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRM RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,286 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRM-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBB, MEA1, and TK1. Each is linked with NRM in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRM-to-partner and partner-to-NRM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NRM versus TUBB in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRM→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
