Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRM protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,054 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRM-associated genes across cancer lineages are TET1, GPR161, and S1PR3. Each is linked with NRM in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRM-to-partner and partner-to-NRM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NRM versus TET1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
