Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRM mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NRM-associated genes across cancer lineages are Monocytes, Basophils, and Myocytes. Each is linked with NRM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRM-to-partner and partner-to-NRM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Monocytes grouped by NRM-low versus NRM-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRM→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
