Across TCGA cell cohorts, NRK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 487 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRK-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR63, ARHGEF4, and DNAAF3. Each is linked with NRK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRK-to-partner and partner-to-NRK results are reported.
