Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRG4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,730 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NRG4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TSHZ1_S671, MYO1F, and PKN1_T774. Each is linked with NRG4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRG4-to-partner and partner-to-NRG4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NRG4 versus TSHZ1_S671 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRG4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRG4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
