Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRG4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-68P, C7orf77, and RNA5SP412. Each is linked with NRG4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRG4-to-partner and partner-to-NRG4 results are reported.
