Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRG2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, Notch1, and PCNA. Each is linked with NRG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRG2-to-partner and partner-to-NRG2 results are reported.
