Across TCGA cell cohorts, NRG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPVL3, WFDC10A, and PRR23C. Each is linked with NRG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRG2-to-partner and partner-to-NRG2 results are reported.
