NRG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,278 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTNNA1, S100A2, and KRT5. Each is linked with NRG1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRG1-to-partner and partner-to-NRG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NRG1 versus CTNNA1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
