Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,754 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NRG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR944, GRIA4, and CCDC148. Each is linked with NRG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRG1-to-partner and partner-to-NRG1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NRG1 versus MIR944 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
