Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRG1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 64 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NRG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and ER-alpha_pS118. Each is linked with NRG1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRG1-to-partner and partner-to-NRG1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by NRG1-low versus NRG1-high in LUAD.
