NRG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NRG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 701 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH4, C20orf173, and PRG3. Each is linked with NRG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRG1-to-partner and partner-to-NRG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH4 grouped by NRG1-low versus NRG1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
