Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NRDE2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NRDE2 data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher NRDE2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NRDE2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and STAD show a favorable association.
MESO, UCEC, and PRAD are the cancer types where NRDE2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
