NRDE2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRDE2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,639 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRDE2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACIN1, YLPM1, and UBR7. Each is linked with NRDE2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRDE2-to-partner and partner-to-NRDE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NRDE2 versus ACIN1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRDE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRDE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
