NRDE2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRDE2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,292 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRDE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNHG10, ZC3H14, and MLH3. Each is linked with NRDE2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRDE2-to-partner and partner-to-NRDE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NRDE2 versus SNHG10 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRDE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRDE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
