Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NRBP1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NRBP1 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher NRBP1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NRBP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

MESO, COAD, and PRAD are the cancer types where NRBP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
