NRBP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,587 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRBP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPAST, CHDH, and CYC1. Each is linked with NRBP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRBP1-to-partner and partner-to-NRBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NRBP1 versus SPAST in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
