Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRBP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,692 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NRBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSC22D4, TSC22D2, and CUL2. Each is linked with NRBP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRBP1-to-partner and partner-to-NRBP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NRBP1 versus TSC22D4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
