Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,458 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NRBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-84P, TRAJ53, and RNA5SP198. Each is linked with NRBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRBP1-to-partner and partner-to-NRBP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-84P grouped by NRBP1-low versus NRBP1-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
