NRBP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, MEK1, and Lck. Each is linked with NRBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRBP1-to-partner and partner-to-NRBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by NRBP1-low versus NRBP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
