Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, NRBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NRBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTH, HCN4, and UTF1. Each is linked with NRBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRBP1-to-partner and partner-to-NRBP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTH grouped by NRBP1-low versus NRBP1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
