Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NRBF2P3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NRBF2P3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher NRBF2P3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NRBF2P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and ESCA show a favorable association.

KIRC, UCS, and CESC are the cancer types where NRBF2P3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
