Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NRBF2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NRBF2 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher NRBF2 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NRBF2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC and LIHC are the cancer types where NRBF2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
