NRBF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRBF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,139 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRBF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLAU, SART3, and ITGA5. Each is linked with NRBF2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRBF2-to-partner and partner-to-NRBF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NRBF2 versus PLAU in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRBF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRBF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
