NRAS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRAS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,133 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRAS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NRDC, SCRN2, and KIF2C. Each is linked with NRAS in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRAS-to-partner and partner-to-NRAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
