Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRAS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,000 significant associations in total. THCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHKB, HSD17B4, and MX1. Each is linked with NRAS in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRAS-to-partner and partner-to-NRAS results are reported.
