Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRAS mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. THCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NRAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bim, YB-1_pS102, and JNK2. Each is linked with NRAS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRAS-to-partner and partner-to-NRAS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
