Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRARP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,114 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NRARP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FEN1, BRD3, and TFRC. Each is linked with NRARP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRARP-to-partner and partner-to-NRARP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRARP→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRARP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
