Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRARP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NRARP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-9P, RNU1-28P, and SNORD65C. Each is linked with NRARP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRARP-to-partner and partner-to-NRARP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
