NRAP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,364 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRAP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VWA5A, ABLIM1, and MPP7. Each is linked with NRAP in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRAP-to-partner and partner-to-NRAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
