Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRAP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,156 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are LILRA1, S100Z, and BDNF-AS. Each is linked with NRAP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRAP-to-partner and partner-to-NRAP results are reported.
