Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRAP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 76 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NRAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXO3a, Tuberin_pT1462, and CD31. Each is linked with NRAP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRAP-to-partner and partner-to-NRAP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
