The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher NR6A1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NR6A1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and SKCM are the cancer types where NR6A1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
