NR5A2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NR5A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,492 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR5A2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RSU1, SLC25A5, and CDH5. Each is linked with NR5A2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR5A2-to-partner and partner-to-NR5A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NR5A2 versus RSU1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR5A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR5A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
